At Makeup City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase; if you are not happy, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, swatched, or used.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original brand packaging and include your printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
